OPEN GROUP CLASSES

My semi-private sessions offer the perfect balance between personalized coaching and the camaraderie of a small group. You’ll receive the focused attention you’d expect from one-on-one training—like form cues and tailored support—at a more accessible price point. It’s a fun, motivating way to stay consistent and feel empowered in your body again.
