Women often put everyone and everything else first—work, family, and daily responsibilities—while our own health falls to the bottom of the list. But when movement, stress management, and proper nutrition are neglected, it takes a toll, leaving us feeling depleted and out of balance.

Living a sedentary lifestyle, dealing with constant stress, and overlooking self-care can have a serious impact on our health. Inactivity weakens muscles, harms posture, and increases the risk of obesity and chronic conditions like heart disease and diabetes. Stress keeps the body in a constant "fight or flight" state, which can disrupt sleep, weaken the immune system, and contribute to anxiety and depression.
