BOA takes a personalized approach to assist individuals in identifying their intrinsic motivations to create positive behavioral change, fostering improved physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing.

In the hustle and bustle of modern life, being busy has become the norm. From overloaded work schedules to social obligations, there seems to be an insatiable demand for our time and energy, causing our self-obligations to fall by the wayside.

It becomes a challenge to carve out moments of relaxation and self-care amidst the chaos. The concept of being constantly busy seems to have taken on a societal badge of honor, reinforcing the idea that productivity equates to success. However, true success is best defined by living a healthful life. A life that prioritizes physical, mental, and emotional well-being allows us to fully enjoy and appreciate everything else we accomplish. This includes nourishing our bodies with wholesome foods, engaging in regular physical activity, getting adequate rest, and managing stress effectively. It also involves cultivating meaningful relationships, finding balance, and nurturing a positive mindset. When we focus on these aspects of health, we create a life that is not only fulfilling in the present but also resilient in the face of challenges.

When we lead a sedentary lifestyle, are overly stressed, and neglect our nutrition and self-care, our bodies begin to suffer in profound ways. Prolonged inactivity weakens muscles, contributes to poor posture, and increases the risk of obesity, which in turn elevates the likelihood of developing chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and certain cancers. Additionally, a lack of physical activity can lead to decreased circulation, resulting in fatigue and a diminished capacity to handle physical and mental tasks.

Excessive stress compounds these issues by keeping the body in a constant state of "fight or flight," causing elevated cortisol levels. Over time, this hormonal imbalance can disrupt sleep patterns, weaken the immune system, and contribute to mental health issues like anxiety and depression. Poor dietary habits further exacerbate the problem, leading to nutritional deficiencies that impair cognitive function, reduce energy levels, and weaken the body’s defenses. When self-care is neglected, the cumulative effect is a body that is overburdened and undernourished, unable to function optimally, and more susceptible to illness and disease. This state of imbalance not only diminishes quality of life but also undermines long-term health and well-being.

As you dive into your journey, we will introduce and emphasize habit development through the first part of the program. Here you will gain insight into the science behind why we do the things we do, as well as tips and tricks to build and sustain your new habits and routines. From there comes client collaboration, to create a sustainable plan of action for moving forward.

    Package includes one 75-minute initial consultation and two 45-minute follow-up sessions with complete follow-up notes and personalized action plan. You will also receive access to your individual client portal for uploading journal entries, sharing progress and checking in with your coach. This package is for new clients only and cannot be redeemed twice.

  • Have you already started your journey toward healthy living but finding yourself struggling to stay on track? This package is for you. Whether it's a busy schedule, lack of motivation, or simply losing sight of your goals, it's easy to fall off course.

    Through bi-weekly modules layered between coaching sessions, you'll stay engaged and explore all areas of life such as nutrition, movement, home life, cooking, relationships, career, and more. I will provide the knowledge, tools, and support necessary for you to feel empowered to make informed, healthy decisions as long as you show the readiness and determination to move forward.

    Package includes one 75-minute initial consultation and twelve 45-minute follow-up sessions with program modules, complete follow-up notes and personalized action plan. You will also receive access to your own client portal for complete access to your program material, uploading journal entries, sharing progress and checking in with your coach.
