You’ve probably heard of the 75 HARD - an intense 10 week challenge to improve your mindset and drastically change your body.

BUT what if we took that down a notch and made it an exciting, yet MANAGEABLE way to improve your health over that same period of time?

Welcome to our new group program kicking off September 30!

For the next 75 days we will create an enriching community around eating well, moving more and implementing consistent acts of self love.

We’ll check in with each other when we need it, and encourage each other to reach our individual health and wellness goals - together!

As we reach integral milestones such as the 30, 60, and 75 day marks, we’ll engage in a group coaching call to check in with our friends, exchange stories of success and share our support to continue forward!

We’ll wrap our last day on Friday, December 13, so you can enjoy the next few weeks relaxing over the holiday season before deciding if this new way of living is your new normal.

For 75 days we will improve our physical, mental and emotional health through the following actions:

• COMPLETE 45 MINUTES OF MOVEMENT
